Product Retuns and Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the waist trainer, and the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Any signs of usage will result in the customer not receiving a refund. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team who will provide a return authorization and instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Once the returned waist trainer is inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability. How do payment plans work?

For 3 session packages: 50% down payment due 1st session. Remaining balance is due 2nd session. For 8-10 Sessions: 30% down payment 1st session. Remaining balance is split into 4-7 equal payments due each session until balance is cleared. Booking deposits are taken out of down payment.
